I'm always trying new ways to exfoliate my skin in the shower and so far things haven't lived up to the hype, but this really does. It is soft enough to be able to hold in your hand to wash legs and arms, and flexible enough to clean your back. I find I don't need so much shower gel, it rinses out super quickly and dries really fast. I would definitely recommend it.

If you Have sensitive skin, I would not recommend this. If you have an itchy back like I do, this works well for scrubbing my back. I've only used it for a week, so I don't know much, but I use it all over and it feels good.

A fabulous product that works so much better than a loofah or brush. Easy to use, wash out and dry.
My skin looks and feels healthier and the massage action is also good for stimulating the movement of lymphatic fluid.

Definitely the best exfoliating cloth I have used. It’s nice and thick and I like that one side exfoliates and the other is soft. I wish that it came in a slightly smaller size though. It’s about 5 inches too long for me, making it a little bit awkward.

Great washcloth! Reminds me of the old school Japanese washcloth minus the nylon abrasive material. Only downside is they should of added a ring or clip to the washcloth to hang for better drying.

I used to use abrasive cotton towels to shower and scrub my back instead of loofas, but they would grow mild and mildew after a few months, and for whatever reason the specific towels I would buy would rarely be in stock at my pharmacy making it a task to find a replacement towel. I have used the sima towel for over a week now, and the quality of the towel seems to be well made. I understand the towel won’t last forever and will need to be replaced every few months; however, I am hoping I won’t be met with mild and bacteria due to the silver used in its construction. So far so good.
