I had bad dermatitis and psoarosis of the skin so I would use a medicated wash and treat each spot with quarter zone cream ( makes skin weak with prolonged use )
I use a medicated wash which I used to apply with exfoliating mitt. Nothing else has changed, I simply disposed of mit and replaced with Sima wash cloth. The results have been amazing and I have almost ceased using quarter zone on my skin. The skin breakouts are far far less and not as severe, not as itchy etc. I am a fan for life, I just ordered the face cloth to try and several of the body washcloths for gifts.
