We're working hard to get your order prepared quickly. It takes one to two business days for us to pack up and ship your order.
Here is some advice to help you choose between delivery options:
Simabrand ships orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL Express. Carrier options vary based on item and destination. If you have a shipping preference, this can be chosen at checkout. You can expect an automatic email 1 day after your order confirmation with tracking details.
Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 6-12 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be quicker than UK, Australian, and New Zealand deliveries. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.

Note: There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary worldwide. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage or cancel their order
In-Stock Products
As soon as your online purchase is complete, the majority of orders for In-Stock items start shipping. Once the item is found in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is confirmed, the item will be dispatched.
For instance, if you place an order for an in-stock item on Monday and it ships out within 1-2 business days, it will ship out no later than Wednesday. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping method you choose during Checkout and the location of your mailing address after your product has left our warehouse. Please be aware that in the United States, business days are from Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays.
Backorder Items
Backorder items are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site. A Backorder item you may order is shipped directly to you once it is back in stock. You will be notified of the status of your article via email. You will not be charged for Backorder items until they ship from our warehouse.
Do you accept product Tax?
>> No Tax on all products.
Can I change my address after an order is placed?
Once an order is processed, we will try our best to make address changes, however, this depends on the courier used and extra fees may apply. If you would like to request a change to your order, contact orders@simabrand.com
