Sima Rewards is our loyalty program. It's free to join! Earn points for purchases, referrals, reviews, and more. Redeem points for discounts and exclusive bundles. Paper towels aren't skin-friendly because they're treated with chemicals and are rough on your skin, which can lead to acne and irritation. Our towels are soft, chemical-free, ultra-absorbent, and designed to care for your skin.

Several ways: 50 points for signing up, 1 point per $1 spent, additional points for reviews, 200 points when a friend you refer makes their first purchase, plus birthday and social-follow bonuses.

At checkout, apply your points toward discounts, free shipping, or free products. You'll see your available rewards in your account and at checkout. You need to be logged in to redeem them.

Points are valid for 12 months from your last activity. Any purchase, review, or redemption resets the clock, so as long as you're active, your points stay.

Points earned on a returned item are deducted from your balance when the refund is processed. If you've already redeemed them, reach out to us and we'll help.
