It's wonderfully satisfying to be able to scrub my back! I do find I have to use a lot more shower gel with this though as it doesn't lather up the same as my previous shower buddy. I now rub the gel on my wet skin (have always turned water off whilst I scrub) and then use the Sima, still don't get a good lather but I feel clean. Will buy more.

The texture is great on my skin and I haven't noticed any mildew growing yet. My only qualm is with the length of the cloth. It is so long that it's hard to keep the textured side in contact with skin when scrubbing my back so it's more spreading soap than exfoliating.
